Mail Service and Deliveries
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes, which are located in the mailroom on the first floor located beside the third elevator. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom.. Please contact the Management Office to receive keys to your assigned mailbox. You will need to place a notecard in your mailbox with your suite number and practice name in order for the mail carrier to record the change.
Small Packages
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large Deliveries
Large deliveries and freight for Morehead Medical Plaza take place in the loading area at the rear of the building. The entrance to the lot is located behind the building and adjacent to the parking garage. The diagram below denotes the location of the loading area. The transfer of all deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advance reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
